Schletter© is an internationally recognized manufacturer of a diverse product mix including solar mounting systems for small to utility scale applications, waste management solutions, and customized bracket manufacturing. Worldwide, Schletter operates sales and manufacturing facilities in eleven countries—creating local jobs, reducing shipping distances, and offering improved delivery streams to its customers.

The Schletter name encompasses over 40 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of steel and aluminum products while rising to be the largest provider of solar mounting systems in Europe by supplying racking for utility sized photovoltaic projects. In the last four years Schletter’s 1,000 employees have globally designed, developed and produced photovoltaic mounting systems for more than 5 GW of installed module capacity on roofs and ground mounted systems. In addition, Schletter produces exhibition stand and booth designs; sales promotion systems; products for the railway, car, and bus industry; light box advertising products; profile designs for special uses; waste collection systems for recyclables; as well as many other aluminum applications.

Schletter’s commitment to the Canadian market is also strong, and office operations of its Canadian subsidiary company, Schletter Canada Inc., began in April 2010. From our location in Windsor, Ontario Schletter Canada Inc. will engineer, manufacture, and distribute their solar mounting systems and products to the Canadian market as a whole. The Windsor office expands the company’s ability to offer local sales and distribution support services to its fast growing base of customers and prospects in the Canadian region. In addition, the expansion will allow Schletter to more easily support their clients’ needs, and meet local-content requirements.
